Luna Otterbourne - also known as "Blue Lena" was born in Las Vegas in 1986. She is the second daughter of Gabrielle Otterbourne and James "Jimmy" Dee. Her sister's name is Lilian. Luna lives in Chicago and works as a chauffeur for her father James. Rumour has it that she can dismantle and reassemble a Bentley with a blind fold. Her girl friend "Hamlet" is an eccentric English actress with a bad reputation.
