James A. Winston - born 1898 - was a pseudo communist and classic bad boy - the ideal lover for Silvana Otterbourne, daughter of the legendary Eloise Otterbourne. The latter left Silvana an enormous fortune. Before the war James A. and Silvina left England for Bombay. James A. helped her to squander the money. They lived like moguls for some years. When the money was gone James A. returned to England and became the leader of a strange cult. Something to do with worshipping a phony goddess.
